INSAF AFTERNOON SCHOOL INSTRUCTIONS 2022
All CEOs, DEOs, Dy.DEOs, AEOs, Head Teachers of Justice Schools and Distinguished Teachers, note that monitoring and verification of Justice Shift is starting very soon, so take note of the following.
1.Write the leave manual application in justice shift and keep it in record. Justice Shift Holiday is not online so if a teacher takes first time online leave then that day of that teacher in Insaf Shift will not be counted as online leave but in case of Casual Leave and extreme compulsion for Justice Shift. Short Leave It has to be approved by writing a Manual Application from your respective AEO. Approved applications and their entry in the register / record will be checked by the monitoring offices and will also be checked later during the audit.
2. Salary of all types of public holidays other than Sunday will not be paid and salary of more than two Casual Leaves will not be paid otherwise the audit para will be made and the excess amount received will have to be refunded as well as according to salary enrollment and policy. Adapt.
3. Monitoring Officers will count the number of Physical children in the schools. The department will compare this attendance with the enrollment on SIS and the enrollment sent by the CEOs. In case of less than 90% attendance, audit para will be made and this school will not get future salary till the audit para is clear on the amount taken earlier. The audit paragraph will be clear in case of refund of excess money received and also action will be taken against the concerned CEOs, DEOs, Dy.DEOs, AEOs and Head Teachers.
4. All CEOs, DEOs, Dy.DEOs and AEOs are requested to keep visiting justice schools and take note of all the above instructions and also inform all the heads and teachers and strictly follow them.
