All Government Employee salaries increase via 15% Disparity Allowance 2022 on the current basic pay to the less privilege employees from pay scale 1 to pay scale 19 from the 1 march 2022.The federation has issued notification of disparity allowance from March 1 and also directed the provinces. Provincial and Federal employees from Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Baluchistan and Gilgit are eligible to avail 15% salary increase From Next Month.
